About Course

“When I dare to be powerful–to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.” ~Audre Lorde

Would you describe your leadership vision as courageous, unapologetic, and unafraid?

This course introduces leadership as radical praxis filled with revolutionary possibilities. Leadership is inherently radical when it is rooted in the histories, lives, experiences, and identities of Black women.

This course explores how Black women may radically envision their leadership as authentic and unapologetic. Learn about issues facing Black women in leadership roles such as marginalization, bias, discrimination, and invisibility, and develop strategies for creating a radical vision of leadership and its power to drive change.
