Kelli Lester is Partner of Onyx Rising, a change management consulting firm that specializes in individual, team, and organizational behavior change. Kelli’s ‘occupassion’ is in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) where she has over twenty years of experience. Her professional skills include, but are not limited to, DEI Leadership Development and Coaching, Change Management, Strategic Consulting, Problem Solving, Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness. 

Serving YWCA Southeast Wisconsin as Executive Advisor after a 20 year career with the organization, Paula Penebaker retired from her position as President and CEO on December 31, 2019. She is an award-winning leader who serves on the boards for the Rotary Club of Milwaukee and Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.  She also serves as a Trustee for the Public Policy Forum and Milwaukee County Federated Library System.

Dr. Amber Tucker is the former  Asst. Professor and Sociology Chair of Cardinal Stritch University (WI). She holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. from UW Milwaukee. Her research engaged the concept of intersectionality through lenses of power, oppression, and the ways in which it shapes experience, identity, and social context on micro and macro levels of society.
