Janette is an entrepreneur, community leader and author whose professional background includes executive positions across several companies and industries including information technology, government, education and nonprofit. She is the Founder and CEO of Leaders Leaving Legacies™, where she provides technology, business consulting and training services to her clients as well as empowers leaders through Leaders LeadUp™, her learning platform and social community. Janette has received several awards and honors including the following: 2023 Milwaukee Community Journal’s Diamond Honoree Award, 2021 Wisconsin’s Top 48 Most Influential Black Leaders, 2021 Professional Dimensions Imprint Award, 2019 NAACP of Ozaukee Game Changer Award, and honored as a Milwaukee Business Journal (MBJ) Power Broker for the past three years (2020, 2021, 2023), and as an MBJ Woman of Influence in 2018.
