The future of leadership is Inclusive Leadership. The ability for any leaders to understand, engage, inspire and motivate people from various backgrounds is key to individual, team and organizational success. In this course participants will learn what Inclusive Leadership is and have the opportunity to self-assess how well they demonstrate the critical traits that create productive and sustainable teams.

This course introduces leadership as radical praxis filled with revolutionary possibilities. Leadership is inherently radical when it is rooted in the histories, lives, experiences, and identities of Black women.
This course explores how Black women may radically envision their leadership as authentic and unapologetic. Learn about issues facing Black women in leadership roles such as marginalization, bias, discrimination, and invisibility, and develop strategies for creating a radical vision of leadership and its power to drive change.
